The EE300Pro is the compact panel in the Enlighten range. Seventy high-output LEDs across five wavelengths from 630 to 850nm. At 15 to 25cm it delivers the irradiance for targeted photobiomodulation without the coverage area of a full-body panel. If your goal is whole-body treatment, the EE1500PRO is the better starting point. If you have a specific problem area or want to add a targeted panel to an existing stack, this is the right choice.

15 to 25cm for targeted treatment at maximum irradiance. The EE300Pro is designed for close, targeted use on specific areas, a joint, a muscle group, or a localised skin area. At this distance, the irradiance is highest and the treatment is most concentrated. For larger surface areas, move back to 25 to 35cm for broader coverage at slightly reduced intensity.

10 to 15 minutes on the targeted area is the standard protocol. More is not more, the dose-response curve for photobiomodulation plateaus and extended sessions do not produce proportionally greater benefit. Start with 10 minutes and adjust based on your response. For multiple treatment areas, treat each area separately rather than trying to cover multiple areas in a single session.

Eye protection is recommended when using the panel on the upper body or face where direct eye exposure is possible. Protective glasses are included with the EE300Pro. For lower body use where the panel is not near your face, keeping your eyes closed during the session is sufficient. Do not look directly into the panel at any time.

Yes, if you have a specific area to target. The EE300Pro is the right starting point if you're treating one joint, one muscle group, or a specific skin area. If you want whole-body coverage from day one, the EE1500PRO is the better choice. If you already have a full-body panel and want a targeted addition for a specific problem area, the EE300Pro is what you add to your stack.

The EE300Pro is a panel-only purchase. A height-adjustable manual stand is available separately for $449. The stand allows precise positioning at your treatment distance and locks securely at any height. Alternatively, the compact form factor means it can be used tabletop or held in position for shorter targeted sessions.
