Frequently asked questions

Free East Coast Metro Delivery. The Heritage Range is positioned outdoors on a flat, stable surface such as a deck, patio, or compacted ground base. A concrete pad or decking base is recommended for long-term stability. Our team delivers.

Yes. Heritage Range saunas require a dedicated circuit, and a licensed electrician is required to complete the connection. Enhance does not carry out electrical work. We recommend arranging your electrician ahead of delivery so the sauna is ready to use once positioned.

The answer states the exterior is aluminium not timber, so it handles coastal air, UV, and temperature swings with no oiling or sealing, doesn't warp, rot or fade the way cedar and other timbers can, and looks the same in ten years as day one. It also notes the interior is lined with Canadian Hemlock for the traditional feel.

45 to 60 minutes to reach full temperature (80 to 100°C). Traditional saunas heat the air to a higher ambient temperature than infrared, the heating time reflects this. Most people switch the sauna on 45 minutes before their intended session. The heating time is considered part of the ritual by many traditional sauna users, it builds anticipation and is a good time to prepare cold plunge water if you're running a contrast protocol.

Löyly (pronounced "loy-loo") is the Finnish practice of ladling water over the heated kiuas stones to create steam. The steam dramatically intensifies the perceived heat, it doesn't change the air temperature significantly but increases the humidity, which makes the heat feel more intense and drives a more pronounced sweat response. Most traditional sauna users consider löyly the defining feature of the experience. The Heritage Range kiuas is designed for regular löyly use.
