Free East Coast Metro Delivery. Please make sure there is clear access to the placement area, and let us know about any gates, steps, or access restrictions when you book your delivery window. Positioning aside, setup is straightforward: fill, connect the chiller, and set your temperature.
The integrated chiller circulates and cools the water to your set temperature, adjustable from 3°C to 42°C via the digital control panel or WiFi app. The chiller maintains your set temperature continuously, so the water is ready at your target temperature every session without filling with ice. The cover insulates the water between sessions, reducing the energy required to maintain temperature overnight.
The unit plugs into a standard 240V Australian power outlet. A dedicated 10A circuit is recommended for consistent running. No electrician is required. Running costs depend on ambient temperature and how often you use it: maintaining water at 10 to 12°C typically draws 0.3 to 0.5kW in moderate climates, roughly $0.10 to $0.15 per hour of maintenance.
The 7 year residential warranty covers manufacturing defects and structural failures under normal residential use. It covers the bath structure, seals and integrated components. The chiller carries a separate 12 month warranty. Full terms are on our warranty page.
The All-In-One requires approximately 2m x 1m of clear floor space, plus 0.5m clearance on each side for comfortable entry and exit. The chiller unit is integrated into the housing, no separate unit required. Our team will confirm exact dimensions and access requirements before delivery. The unit sits on a deck, patio, or level outdoor surface.
