Medium and Large. Medium suits most people up to approximately 185cm with standard leg proportions. Large suits people over 185cm or with larger legs. 20 to 30 minutes is the standard recovery session. The three modes allow different durations and intensities: recovery flush (post-training) is typically 20 to 30 minutes, activation (pre-training) is 10 to 15 minutes, and the relaxation mode can be run for longer during rest. The boots are designed for passive use, you can sit on a couch, work at a desk, or watch TV during a session.

On rest days, use them any time to keep the legs fresh and moving. In the evening they work well to de-load tired legs after a long day on your feet, and many people find a session before bed helps them wind down. The one time to go lighter is straight before a hard training session or event, a long, intense session right before performance can leave the legs feeling loose rather than primed, so keep it short and gentle if you use them as a warm-up.
