Australia-Wide Delivery
Delivery Requirements
- Someone must be available to receive the package
- Signature required for all e-bike deliveries
- Redelivery fees may apply if no one is present during delivery
- For damaged packages, photograph all damage and have the courier document and sign damage descriptions
Risk & Title Transfer
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. We will assist with carrier claims for damaged items during transit.
Free Shipping Nationwide
We offer complimentary shipping throughout Australia for all orders over $150. For orders under $150, a flat rate shipping fee of $15 applies.
Regional & Remote Areas
While we deliver to most locations across Australia, additional surcharges may apply for remote locations, islands, or areas with limited freight services. We reserve the right to adjust shipping charges or, in rare cases, decline orders to locations where delivery is not feasible.
Delivery Timeframes
- Metropolitan Areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide): 3-7 business days
- Regional Areas: 7-14 business days
- Remote Areas (including NT, WA remote, TAS): 10-21 business days
During peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, New Year), delivery times may be extended. All orders are dispatched during business hours, Monday to Friday.
Pickup Options
You can collect your order directly from our warehouse facility (NSW only). Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to arrange pickup and assembly services if required.
Assembly & Packaging
Enhance e-bikes arrive 80% pre-assembled. Final assembly typically requires 15-25 minutes and includes basic adjustments. For warranty protection, we recommend professional assembly by a qualified bicycle technician.

Delivery Terms
We guarantee delivery of your order. If items are lost during transit, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, or courier service disruptions.
