Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy for change of mind returns, calculated from the date you receive your item. This policy applies to online and in-person purchases only via Enhance Wellness Co Pty Ltd. For in-store purchases, please refer to the specific store’s return policy.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for return, items must meet the following requirements:
Product Condition:

  • Item must be in new, unused, and resaleable condition
  • Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
  • All accessories, components, and documentation must be included
  • No modifications or alterations to the product
  • Protective stickers and labels must remain attached

Return Process:

  • Contact our customer service team via email to obtain return authorisation
  • Return authorisation must be received before shipping items back
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Items must be properly repackaged in original packaging
  • Use trackable, insured shipping methods
  • Include return authorisation number with shipment

Return Exclusions
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear
  • Items modified or repaired by unauthorised personnel
  • Products won through competitions or promotional giveaways
  • Items damaged during return due to inadequate packaging

Refund Processing
Timeframes:

  • Refunds processed within 5-10 business days of receiving returned items
  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change of mind returns
  • Processing fees may apply to certain payment methods

Restocking Fee:

  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all change of mind returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs.

Warranty Returns
Defective Products:

  • Items found to be defective upon arrival or within the warranty period follow a separate process:
  • Contact customer service within 7 days of delivery of the item
  • Defective item returns are processed at no cost to the customer
  • Full refund or replacement provided for confirmed defects
  • No restocking fee applies to warranty claims
